MISSION

VieL does not aim to be everything for everyone. Creating a space that feels safe for everyone is an impossible promise. For some, safety is not easily accessible. Sometimes not even within one's own body.

What VieL offers instead is a commitment: to keep learning, to unlearn where needed, and to take responsibility when mistakes happen.

VieL moves towards a simple idea: that people can meet themselves and each other with respect, curiosity and without judgement.

I AM LENA.

VieL grew out of my own path through movement, expression and searching.

My background is in dance, acting, music and performing - these have always been my ways of connecting to myself, exploring patterns and contradictions, and relating to the world around me.

For almost two decades, yoga has been a channel to meet myself more honestly. Over time, I began to feel it beyond the mat - in my art, in my encounters, in community.

VieL (SPACE) is a place where these different aspects can meet, intertwine and synthesize. A space for contradiction, for expression, for different ways of being. A place that is not only about practice, but about being human in all its facets.

Gobi is one of the most experienced teachers in the studio, and you can feel that immediately.

Her approach is grounding, calm, and strong, without following trends or trying to be anything other than what it is. She offers a range of practices, including Gentle, Slow & Strong, Meditation, Pilates, and Movement. If you are looking to deepen your practice in a steady and mindful way, Gobi’s classes are a beautiful place to go. She teaches without music, inviting a deeper connection with your breath and internal experience.

Chin’s yoga practice is known for its challenging, sweaty flows,

offering a chance to refine your technique, focus on specific asanas, and enjoy a laugh when things don’t go perfectly. Beyond her deep asana expertise, Chin brings a very gentle and caring presence to her teaching - something we truly cherish. Don’t miss her sound baths, held every last Friday of the month.

Lisa guides you through wonderful, calming yin classes and sound baths.

Her work with singing bowls and koshi creates a space where the nervous system can settle and reset. Her gentle and kind presence will make you feel welcome right away.

Corly, brings together humility, deep knowledge, devotion, and a strong sense of presence.

She leads the Bhakti-inspired “Chant & Flow” class, guiding students through mantras with her voice and harmonium. There’s a quiet steadiness in her and a kind of humbleness in her eyes. Her way of being reflects what yoga can be: kindness, understanding, and devotion.

Josefine is highly versatile in her teaching, with a strong focus on drills, mobility and strength.

Her classes are demanding and especially appreciated by more experienced practitioners. Her language and voice are clear and grounding — her cues are precise and on point. She also explores arm balances, inversions and flexibility work in more depth. Don't miss her workshops.

Christina offers a deep and extensive knowledge of yoga, evident in her long-refined teaching practice.

She guides students through Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, and Pilates, and also shares her devotion in our Mama Cacao gatherings. Her presence is warm, open, and generous, and she has a unique ability to make people feel seen and heard. Thank you for sharing your light.

Lisa is known for her warm personality, her listening and her words - but also for her powerful and complex classes.

You'll sweat, and you might even cry: her words can indeed touch something deeper. An intense and honest practice. Make sure you book in advance: her classes tend to fill up quickly.

Powerful and authentic - that's Mona.

Her classes combine a strong asana practice with well-placed drills that prepare your body for more complex forms. She keeps it focused, direct and real. There's a clarity in her teaching that makes complex things feel accessible. If you're an asana-focused practitioner, her classes will fit you perfectly.

more about Louis

Lena's classes can be gentle and calm, but also dynamic and fiery.

She often adapts the practice to the energy in the room, but will definitely make you sweat in her stronger flows. In her sequences, you can sense her background in dance — they are creative and sometimes a bit more complex. Lena likes to hold asanas longer, creating space to feel and listen to the inner voice.

Steffi is an extremely versatile teacher and the one in the studio who can step in for everything.

From pre- and postnatal yoga to mobility classes, she can teach it all. Her presence is warm, compassionate and personal. She creates a space where people feel seen and supported. Her Pilates Burn classes are truly burning - so get ready.

Louis's approach to teaching is intuitive and strong.

His classes are challenging and designed to feel like an experience rather than just a sequence of poses. Drawing from his artistic background, he connects music, breath, and movement across Rocket, Vinyasa, and Yin. A young talent - for a reason. Expect to sweat and be challenged, with hands-on adjustments available if you want them.
